  • These General Terms of Use of the Website determine the rules for accessing the Website and its conditions of use.

The parties agree to replace the invalid or void clause with a clause that comes as close as possible to the meaning and intention of the original clause, in order to preserve the contractual balance.

  • These GTU for the Website and services constitute the contract between the Website user and/or service user and the FFBB.

  • Each party may terminate it without cause and without notice. All provisions relating to warranties and liability remain in effect after termination of the contract.

  • This contract is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation and/or execution of these terms must first, whenever possible, be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing amicable agreement, any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
