MY TICKETS
My tickets are not visible on my account?
If you have multiple accounts, make sure you are using the same credentials as for your order.
It is also possible that your order was not completed. For confirmation, please check with your bank or contact us at the following address: billetterie@ffbb.com
How can I print my e-tickets?
To access and download your tickets:
1/ Log in to your account by clicking on “My Account.”
Your username is the email address associated with your order.
If you have lost your password, feel free to use the “Forgot Password?” recovery option. Your password will be automatically sent to the email address associated with your order.
2/ Then, click on “My Orders.”
3/ Enter the names of the ticket holders if requested by the organizer.
This step for ticket holders is important, as it unlocks the “Download” button. You must enter a different name for each ticket.
4/ Download your tickets in PDF format.
5/ Print your e-tickets using a high-quality printer.
Make sure to perform this operation from a PC (not a tablet or Mac) and using Chrome or Mozilla browsers (not Internet Explorer).

MY ACCOUNT
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click on the “LOG IN / REGISTER” tab, then on “Forgot Password?”. Next, enter the email address of your account and click on “SEND NEW PASSWORD.” Your password will be automatically sent to the email address associated with your account. You will then be able to create a new password and log in to your account again.
I entered the wrong email address as my account username. How can I change it?
Since this email address is used as a username, you can still log in even if you entered it incorrectly when signing up.
Once logged in, you will be able to change the email address associated with your account to continue receiving our communications.
How do I create a customer account?
To create a customer account, click on the “Create an Account” button in the window that appears when you hover over the “LOG IN / REGISTER” button located at the top right of the screen.
Then, simply fill in all the required fields in the form.

My order does not appear in my personal account. Is this normal?
Make sure you are logged in with the account used to place the order.

I need an invoice for my purchase. How can I get one?
In your personal account, under the “MY ORDERS” section, you will find the invoices corresponding to your purchases, ready to be downloaded. To do this, click on “INVOICE.”
These are the only invoices we issue.
Is payment on the website secure?
The online ticketing system is equipped with a secure payment system. It uses data encryption to protect personal information within the storage system. The connection is secure as soon as you access the payment page. You can verify this by checking that the page URL begins with “https.” The secure payment interface is managed by PAYLINE, certified PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) by VISA and MASTERCARD. This certification, renewed annually, guarantees a high level of security and platform integrity.
Is my order final?
The order is firm and final. No refund requests will be accepted. In accordance with Article L 120-20-4 of the Consumer Code, event tickets are not subject to a right of withdrawal.

Which items are prohibited inside the venues?

Is it possible to leave the venue and enter again?
No, any exit from the venue is considered final.
Can I buy tickets on site?
The French Basketball Federation plans to provide ticket counters near the venue, allowing spectators to purchase tickets on site, subject to availability.
Are tickets free for children?
Entry is free for children under 5 years old, without an assigned seat.
However, in accordance with French law, everyone entering the venue must have a ticket, regardless of age.
Therefore, you will need to collect a free ticket at the ticket counter before entering the venue.
